1. Sand the window recess. Touch up holes and imperfections. Sand radius on the fuselage jogle
2. SAND UNTIL EVERYTHING ALL THE SHINING IS GONE
3. Sand using strips and blocks
4. Position so that uniform gaps around. Keep in position with wheights or other means
5. Drill #40 close to the plexy BUT AVOID touching it, angle back if necessary.DO ONE CLECO THEN CHECK POSITION, THEN NEXT CHECL POSITION AND SO FORTH If necessary sand cracks away. DRILL AT THE CORNER AND INTERMEDIATE POSITION
6. Use screw clecos with wooden strip to hold down the plexy.
7. Mark the flange along the window glass to have the exact position of the future masking tape to protect gealcoat for future paint. PENCIL IS FINE.
8. Mark the plexy FROM THE INSIDE along the window flange with whiteboard marker. CAREFUL WITH THE FINGER DONT REMOVE THE INSIDE PLEXYGLAS MARK
